Brett Bowers

I just learned today of Brett's passing. To say I am in shock would be an understatement. I worked for Brett at MidFirst for 5 years and he was always personable, honest and simply the most effective and organized manager I ever worked with. My condolences go out to his family as well as JB and his MidFirst family. The world is a lesser place without him.

Brett and April used to come in to the Mont frequently, as they lived 2 doors down and it is a lovely place to go grab a swirl on the patio. I was lucky enough to get to know them over the years, but I have talked to the other servers and managers and we all agreed and wanted to say.......they are wonderful. A pleasure to see and talk with, always with a smile and kind word. We didn't see them as much when they moved, and I left for Florida, but we thought of them often and warmly wished them...

I am sorry that I just learned of Brett's passing today. I want extend my personal sympathy to his wife and family and let them know I had the pleasure of working with Brett for more than a decade. He was genuinely a nice man who was considerate of everyone. He was skilled as the leader of MidFirst Bank's brokerage unit and was known for growing the unit's revenue through hard work and integrity.
