Aulds Funeral Home - Archer City Obituary

Brett Alan Box, age 48, of Holliday, Texas passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020, in a Wichita Falls hospital.


Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2020, in the Holliday Cemetery with Chad Stubblefield officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.


Brett was born March 4, 1972 in Wichita Falls to Lee Box and Elizabeth Inman Box.


He graduated from Holliday High School.  Brett was employed by the City of Wichita Falls. Then he was a truck driver for various companies including Missouri Petroleum, John Hancock and Dickey Oilfield.


Brett was known as a home body who loved his dog, Jake.


Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth Echols and husband, Wayne of Olney; his father, Lee Box and wife, Barbara of Holliday; grandmother, Frances Box of Wichita Falls; two brothers, Bryan Box and wife, April of Lakeside City, and Mark Box and wife, Kayla of Paducah; two sisters, Brandi Self and husband, Mark of Keller, and Kerri Box of Wichita Falls; step-sisters, Jody Lang and husband, Matt of Holliday and Waynette Duncan of Megargel; step-brother, Billy Osterman and wife, Sheree of Cornersville, Tennessee; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.


The family suggests memorials to the Holliday Cemetery, P.O. Box 716, Holliday, Texas 76366.C
