Chef Brett was an instrumental influence into my Journey into the Culinary Arts. I fondly remember the book he lent me written by Anthony Bourdain "Kitchen Confidential" that led to our road trip in his red truck to visit the CIA in New York and then trying to Navigate the red ranger through the streets of Manhattan. Kelly are hearts go out to and your family. We used to live down the street From you and Brett and remember when Brett would walk LeeLee. LeeLee would always walk so nice with Brett but not with you Kelly. You would either be running or just sitting on the grass until LeeLee would be good and ready.
