Ward, Brett Glenn age 46, of Bloomington, MN, passed away April 23, 2009. He is preceded in death by his sister, Lisa; and mother, Barbara. Brett is survived by his son, Wyatt of Bloomington; father, Marion (Marilyn) of Mesa, AZ; grandfather, Glenn Ward of Maryland; and special friend, Colleen Murphy of Richfield. Memorial service to be held at a later date.

I just found out about Brett today, December 28. I am stunned! I was wondering why I had not heard from him in awhile. We were online friends and I had been talking to Brett for about 10 years. At times, we would talk often, and then sometimes would go for a few months. He was a good friend and a great listener. I am so sorry for your loss, and will miss him very much. He was a great guy.

I grew up across the street from Brett in Bloomington and remember lots of times playing together with him and all the neighborhood kids. He was always fun to be around. My Deepest Sympathy and Prayers for Brett's family.

To the Ward family and Colleen,
We have many fond memories of Brett dating back to the times at BFD and our hunting cabin. He always was fun to be around, had many funny stories to tell and his laugh was cherished. May he always be remembered in a good way and we hope he is at peace. Heaven has gained a new angel.

Colleen and the Brett Ward family,
I knew Brett when he was a Member of the BFD. I recall the times I would see Brett up at Station One after work. He told me some hilarious stories of his hunting trips. I think I will best remember his laughter and sense of humor most. He was a great guy to hang around with, he will be missed by many people.
