Not sure what to say?

Mr. Adkins was awesome. Was a member at Columbia Hills Country Club when I was working there 2003-2005. Coolest stud every. Always funny, dry humor. Tipped well too. Good man. Was just thinking about him. Thought I'd write this for anyone else to see.

Brian, We all miss you at Strongsville Rec. Cntr. (maintenance dept) very much! We looked forward to your supply deliveries, as you always had a smile and kind words.
Your deliveries were always prompt, and when we needed something right away...you always got it there!
We all had many good conversations with you, and you and I had some long-serious talks after I lost my 31 year old son to a hit-skip motorcycle accident in May 2004, followed by a bout with breast cancer 2 months...

Brian, It's been nearly a month, it still doesn't seem real, and yet everyday we miss you in a way that is all too painfully real. You became a friend, brother, confidant someone who can never be replaced. I miss you like a brother, but even more I miss you for what you brought to my husbands life. He misses you for the everyday talks and bs sessions and just hangin out. He misses his best friend and always will. We love you Brian

I became friends with Brian after playing against him in Little League and I remember that first meeting like it was yesterday. Everyone was talking about this 'younger' pitcher that was moving up to the 'older' league. Mark Rader and I were two of the top players in the league but I had never seen a guy throw harder with more control than Brian. He was almost a man among boys even back then.

We became very good friends that summer and even better friends during All Stars. I...

I was stunned to hear of Brian's passing. As neighbors growing up, I spent much of my time with Brooke and her brothers. I remember Brian being a bit of a pest (as most younger brothers can be). I'm so glad that I was able to see Brian again in recent years. It was great to see him all grown up as the wonderful son, brother, husband and father that he became. My heartfelt sympathies to his wonderful family.

My sincere sympathy to the entire Adkins family. May God give you the strength to carry on through this difficult time, and know that Brian is in a better place. (I used to babysit for the Adkins family.)

I am real sorry to hear of the passing of Brian. Please know that my thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Adkins family.

I was shocked and deeply sadden to hear about Brian’s untimely death. We went to school and played sports together for many years. He was a great friend and loyal teammate. No one should ever forget that Brian was the most dominant pitcher ever to come out of Berea. When Brian was on the hill, there was not a team we didn’t think we could beat. My thoughts are with his family at this most difficult time.

I have been blessed to know the entire Adkins family and I am so sorry to hear and read about Brian! He was a very good person and I pray for the entire Adkins family.
