My sincere condolences to Marcia and the family. I worked with Brian when I was go of claims at Penn National Insurance and Brian headed up our Special Investigative Unit (SIU). After Brian left Penn National I hired Brian to lead the SIU at Lincoln General Insurance. Always enjoyed working with Brian and listening to his many law enforcement stories.
