Brian A. Ameche

Many years since I was a friend of Brian. We both were in the same class attending St. Aloysius Academy in Bryn Mawr, Pa. I went on to Univ. of Miami and recently moved to Wisconsin. Attending a Badger football game, and saw his dad's name honored at the stadium, reminded me of Brian. So sad to see he has left and joined his dad in heaven. I was so proud to be a good friend of Brian. My condolences to family and close friends.

I am 20 minutes in to In Love audiobook and I am so sad that I will not get to meet Brian. I send Amy and all whose lives were touched by Brian my deepest condolences. Clearly our world is less bright without him.

Brian and I worked together at Marx/Okubo in Farmington. He was a high energy and intelligent person who appreciated a good laugh. Comfort to his family and friends. The photo was taken at a work Christmas party in 2007.

Brian came out with three friends from the Yale freshman football team to play freshman lacrosse in the spring of '72. Brain and his three hard hitting friends had some great hits on the opposition that spring while adding to the great camraderie of our team. For all of that one could see and sense even then the inner calmness and serenity of the man.

Brian became a friend when we were both members of the same meditation group. His warmth and good will radiated through the room and pervaded the silence. I will always remember him as a warm presence in my life.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Brian on a construction project just outside Philadelphia, where he was the owner's rep for a large institutional lender. Typically in these situations the lender's rep is somewhat adversarial with the builder. Not Brian! He mentored me and my young team in not only building, but in life! In the year we spent building this project, he was extremely generous with his time and patient with us! My condolences to his family and may his WONDERFUL...

Brian was one of Malvern and Yale's finest : a true scholar - athlete who always led by example and was always a consummate gentleman and professional in everything did . I had the pleasure to be with Brian in school, on sports fields and working summers together on construction sites . Brian treated everyone in every setting with dignity and respect . I had the utmost respect and affection for Brian and will miss him. My prayers are with all Brian's family .

Went to Malvern with Brian and enjoyed his presence always, on and off the field. Brian was smart, accepting, completely open-minded and a lot of fun. Despite being a fierce competitor on the field with the aura to go with it, I never saw Brian unkind, to anyone, at anytime. I regret not seeing more of him over the years as Brian was the kind of person who put a little bounce in your step. His presence was a definite plus in the world.
