Read MoreI met Brian about 20 years ago at work. He was a kind man who was always willing to teach and help others. His dedication to his work was unmatched. I am sure that many soldiers have benefited from Brian pouring himself into his work. We have already been missing Brian, and we will continue to remember him fondly. My condolences to his family.
