I served with LCDR Belcher on the USS PLUNGER in 1986. He was a great shipmate may he rest in peace.

We will forever miss your smiling face rest in peace our dear friend. Thurs night group

Brian will be missed. His smile, music recommendations and wry sense of humor. My sincere condolences to all of his family.

What an incredible, beautiful life! Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
