I served with LCDR Belcher on the USS PLUNGER in 1986. He was a great shipmate may he rest in peace.

I always enjoyed talking about life over the many breakfasts at the Shack with Brian. He was a deep thinker and always had a challenge for me to think about. I enjoyed praying with Brian each time we met. I will miss him.
