We are truly saddened by this loss. Brian was a man who put others before himself. The world was blessed to have him and he will be in our hearts and prayers forever and we will miss him greatly.

Many tears have been shed, many fond memories recalled. The Town of Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals was fortunate to have Brian as a Board member. He was truly a dedicated member who was always prepared and ready. He listened and assisted applicants making certain the best interest of our town was considered.
We shall miss Brian and seek comfort in knowing that he is in heaven. Our next Board meeting will be dedicated to his memory. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our lives are far richer for having the privilege of calling Brian our friend. To us, Brian was a rising star within our Committee and the ultimate volunteer. He was an individual who loved his wife, his community and his squad. We are thankful for his dedication to the Republican Committee and all his help. We are so sad and will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. God Bless,
