Not sure what to say?

Ten years have gone by already. Cousin Brian will always be remembered with a lot of affection.
My heart is with the family, always.
Leola

Fr. Brian took me into the family at St Leo's in Litchfield as a substitute organist. He said, "even if you're NOT Catholic, God doesn't care." He encouraged my young teenage son to play his electric guitar with the choir. He handed him the keys to his "sleeper" car the first Sunday after he got his license and said, "She's powerful. Have fun!" Although we never knew any of his family by sight, we certainly felt part of his life. I feel very blessed to have spent three years providing music...

Fr. Brian made a difference in my life. Today I am a practicing Catholic because of him. His homilies were amusing and inspiring and he often reminded people like me that you could always come home to the church. I took his advice and know that I am a better person because of this. God Bless him, he was a wonderful person.

The first time that I had the pleasure of talkng with Fr. Brian was at my Godson's baptism. And what a man he was. That man could sure keep your attention with any sermon that he gave. I was sure sorry to see him leave St. Michael's Parish. We have to remember that God calls all the good people much to early.

i was one of father blanchettes students that he taught at the monticello school, he was a great teacher and a very patient one, he will be sadly missed.

Brian and I attended St. Mary's and graduated from Houlton High School in 1968. I met up with Brian at his Parish in Winthrop one day and we reminised about our lives growing up in Houlton. I had always known that Brian was destined to follow a life of Christianity. Brian was a very good friend and i will miss him very much.
Until we meet again. May God bless and keep you.

Fr Brian has left behind a thousand moments that will live on in our hearts forever... He was a wonderful example of devotion to our Lord and brought immeasurable strength of faith to all whose lives he touched. His journey begins at the end of the worldly existence we know... Where the trials of life are resolved to peace when a soul finds its way to God's light. God Bless you Fr Brian, you will be sadly missed.

Father Brian was a friend to all, and a kid magnet! You touched the hearts of my grandkids and myself. Thankyou Father "B" we will never forget you.

Father Brian was one of a kind. He will be with alot of his friends in heaven, especially Arlene Barnard who thought of him as one of her children. I am sure she had her arms out to him.
