Praying for Brian and his family. Brian was my friend and colleague. My most memorable moment with Brian was driving together to the mid-2015 Neil Young concert in New Jersey. The time flew by during our ride as we got to know each other better and bantered back and forth.
The outpouring of high regard for Brian on lawyer listservs and at his February 8 memorial makes clear how much his memory will live on.

Brian was exceptionally kind. He was always willing to help others. He was humorous and just had a way of making people feel like they were his best friend. He was also a brilliant mind and great attorney. I will remember him as the genuinely good-hearted person that he was. I'm so saddened by his passing. May his soul rest in peace.
