Brian E. Brittain, 67, of Bangor, PA passed away Thursday, July 30th, at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus, Easton.

Brian was born in East Stroudsburg, PA on January 19, 1953, a son of the late Earl and Lucy (Kichline) Brittain.

Brian was employed as a tea mixer for Celestial Seasonings in Boulder, CO until retiring. He was a 1972 graduate of Bangor High School. Brian was an avid fisherman with his Colorado buddy John Williams.

Brian is survived by two sisters, Kimberly Brittain-Stout, wife of Rus and Sherry Toth, wife of Steve, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother James Brittain and a sister Debra Brittain.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., "Village of Johnsonville" Bangor, PA. Online condolences may be offered at

Sorry to hear this, we had so much fun in school and hanging out in East Bangor ,always will remember the crazy things we did as kids.

So sorry to read of Brian's passing. He is at peace now.( He passed on the same date as Bob. 35 yrs. ago ). I just hope he doesn't try to make French Fries in Heaven.!!!! I'm sure you remember that night.....Thinking of you all and God Bless.
