Not sure what to say?

Still think about you my freind and draw inspiration from your courage , your talent and more importantly how you gave back so others could carry on!

I had the sincere pleasure of getting to know Brian when he stayed with my Seabee Battalion on a beach in Haiti in March 2010. He was generous with his high-tech command vehicle and provided my troops some much-needed satellite sports viewing towards the end of our earthquake response mission. It was obvious then and re-confirmed in follow-on phone calls that Brian was a strong man of faith with a heart of gold. I will miss his friendship. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I am so deeply sorry to hear of Brian's passing. I am so happy I had an opportunity to meet him last year. I know he fully enjoyed the time he was able to spend at his Island Park cabin. Blessings to all his family.

Met Brian when working in the McGill-Toolen Development Office. What a wonderful person. He was an inspiration to all who met him

Brian and I were roomates freshman year at Auburn University. It was a funny, friendly and loyal person, quick to give advice and always popular and easy going. I have fond memories of him and wish the best for his bereaved family.

The homeland security and emergency management profession, Auburn University, and the Phi Delta Theta fraternity have lost a dear friend and brother. Brian easily endeared himself to all who knew him and shared his friendship. Julie, our prayers are that our loving, faithful Heavenly Father will comfort you and your family and bring you peace.

Eternal Rest Grant unto him, O Lord and may perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace.

Brian was a true friend and advocate for the emergency managment community and to me from the date we met and became friends. I am very sorry for the loss of such a great person, but I know from the last discussions we had that he had placed his faith in the right place. My sincere condolences to the Dekle family.

Dear Brian's Family,
I grew up in Meadowbrook with Brian and we had a lot of good times. It has been a long time, but I know he was always that fellow who everyone wanted to have around. He left a good influence on the world and a fine family as his legacy. My condolences to all of his family.

Julie and family
I am so sorry to hear of Brian's passing. I have joyful memories of Brian and Julie early in their marriage. A wonderful man who will be missed here on earth but heaven gained a true angel. Prayers of peace for you Julie and for your family
