Read MoreI had the pleasure of fishing, scuba diving, snow skiing and running a marathon with Brian. He was a fierce competitor, but always fair. He helped me a lot when I was in the building business. He was truly a great guy.

I met Brian through the Richmond Homebuilders Association. We shared a business relationship and a love of fishing and the Chesapeake Bay. He was one of the reasons for our success. He will be missed.

Brian hired me in the early 70's and taught me everything I know about floorcovering. He allowed me to have a wallpaper and drapery department. He encouraged me to work with all our local builders. It was fun and challenging. I still keep up with some. He was also a good friend. I treasure all the memories. He was a real decent guy. RIP. My condolences to his family and friends. Amen
