DOBBS, Brian Lee - Of Flushing, age 58, died Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Hurley Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held 11AM Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Mayfair Bible Church, 5339 West Pierson Road, Flushing, MI,

Pastor Robert Baxter officiating.

Burial in Flint Memorial Park.

Visitation 11am-3pm and 5-8pm Friday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, MI.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.

Brian was born in Flint on August 30, 1955 the son of Eugene R. and Celia (Romito) Dobbs. He worked for Flint Police; Tom Ryan Distributing and Diplomat Pharmacy as a patient care coordinator.

Surviving are sons, Ryan and wife Jamie Dobbs of Grand Blanc, Jacob Dobbs of Flushing and Riley Dobbs of Flushing;

daughter, Ceila Dobbs of Flushing;

grandchildren, Cierra and Cross;

sister, Renee O?Brien of Eagle CO;
brother, Robert Dobbs of Grand Blanc;
sister, Karen Frick of Ohio;
aunt, Yola Steiner;
nephew, Jesse O'Brien and niece, Shauna Flores;

and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews;

and beloved friend, Troy Etheridge of Flint.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Brian Dobbs was the nicest sweetest guy around !!!! He brought sunshine wherever he was !!! Plus he had the most adorable sister RAT NAE

All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so sorry you lost Brian. He was a wonderful man and I know you'll miss him dearly and deeply.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brian on the FPD. Great man to work with, good friend and the best hair on the department If you knew him, you loved him. He'll be missed by all. To the family, take comfort, he is resting and we will see him again in the next chapter of our lives. Stay strong.

I'm so sorry to read of Brian's passing. I got to know him when I worked at the Flint Police Dept. He was a lot of fun. I'm glad to read of his faith in our Lord and know that he in His arms now.

I'm glad the pain is gone and you are at rest. I will continue to pray for your children and family.

Sorry to hear about Brian I went to school with him I work at mcdonalds on s.saginaw and brian was working at a auto garage across the street then lost touch our prayer are with his family and friends Larry and Ronda moore

Condolences to family and friends. Growing up as neighbors and friends was a delight. My neighbor again yeas later in Flushing. So many wonderful memories! You will always be my "snow king" Brain! Rest in Peace dear friend.
