Dear Elsasser Family:

Although we didn't know Brian we felt like we did after reading his obituary in the paper. He had to be a very brave young man and his love for God had to help him tremendously get over his many hurdles in his life.

We know that both of you, Brian and Mary Beth instilled the love of God in your children which lead them to be children you can be very proud of. We know they all have the utmost respect for their parents and all others as well.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time. Brian always brought a smile to my face, as he was in my fourth grade class my first year of teaching in Princeville. He was a wonderful young person and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear child. Sounds like he was a terrific young man. We lost our son, Nathan, on June 13th in a car accident. We will include your family and Brian in our prayers. God Bless.

bj was the most amazing guy anyone would have met. when i move next door i saw him and he smiled at me. he was so nice. everyday i would go over to see paige he would always be there to help with problems and was there for when my mom passed away. i will miss him so much. i love you guys.

We were very shocked to hear about BJ's passing..BJ was a great person whom we felt very blessed to have known. Tyler spoke so highly of him. Your family are in our prayers and thoughts.

My memories of BJ is when he and his brother and sisters came to my house to sell something for school. They were all so sweet and so funny and the most precious children that I have ever met. Mary and Brian you should be so proud of them and know how dear and wonderful he was and how much knowing him meant to me and Dennis.

Our sympathy cannot pull you from the sorrow you feel. Our hope is that it is a small part of the love extended to your family. May your pain be replaced with memories of times of joy created and shared with your son You are in our thoughts and prayers. Take gentle care.
