To The Giessing Family
I just wanted you to know how sorry I am to hear about Brian. Brian and I went through high school together and what a strong individual. I remember the day of his accident and I remember the first day he came back to school, what a trooper. I also remember graduation day and everyone stood and applauded as he "walked up" to get his diploma. He will always have a special place in the Class of 1980's heart. He will be saddly missed this year at our 25 year class...

To the Giessing family,
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Brian and I became good friends in high school, and he was truly an inspiration to anyone who knew him. His determination was unmatched and his outlook was always positive. I learned a lot from Brian, just by the example that he set. We had a lot of good times together. I'll always remember our late night poker games and trips to Fairmont Park. Please know my family's thoughts and prayers are with you.

Herb
My sympathy to you and your family
So sorry for your ultimate loss.
God be with you

The Giessing Family:
The class of 1980 from Belleville West High School send their deepest sympathies to your family at this time of loss. Brian will be remembered as we all join together this September for our 25th class reunion.

My deepest sympathies go out to Brian's family. Brian and I developed a special friendship while both going through physical therapy. (I was seriously burned in an accident). We had the same therapist and since we were only a year apart we had a lot in common. Brian and I used to joke and play pranks on Barbie..our physical therapist.
I will always remember how much courage Brian showed throughout his therapy sessions and when we occasionally went to a movie or to get a pizza. He was...

I am so sorry Herb, I didn't even know Margaret had passed.

At times like this, we can't help remembering how fragile life is.

May you find strength in the love of family and in the warm embrace of friends.

Brian,
As childhood friends, I remember the fun we used to have with you and the George kids in the old neighborhood. The old Emge/Queen of Peace crowd. As we grew up and did typical teenager stuff, you overcame so much and fought so hard to walk again and you did! You were a true inspiration to many of us back then and still are now. I remember attending your high school graduation and everyone applauding your accomplishments and your positive attitude about life. How proud everyone...

Brian,
Your courage and determination in how you lived your life will ALWAYS be an inspiration to me and in that you will never truly be gone true and trusted friend..

Deepest sympathy to the entire Giessing family...
