Brian Boise Grubbs

I met Brian when I first started coming to Dolores in the mid 1990's. The actual meeting was related to our common interest in E Clampus Vitus. After we bought our place in Dolores, Brian and his family became more that aquaintances, they became friends. He was one of the best open pit cooks I have ever known and enjoyed numerous meals he prepared in that arena.
