Not sure what to say?

Miss you every day, my lovely man....

I never wrote in this Guest Book. I stumbled upon it today and I am filled with as much grief as I was the day Brian died. Life has gone on. We just had our 2nd festival at St. Clare without him and it was not the same. I tried to be happy and I kept telling myself that giving back to St. Clare is something I will always do for many reasons. The biggest reason is Brian. All of my children benefited by learning and knowing Brian on so many levels. They were all prepared to go on to...

As a life-long friend of Tim Hegarty, I grew up with Brian as my favorite baby sitter and a great neighbor. I love the entire family and am thinking about them.

Paul, Mary Alice, Paul, Mike, Matt, and Tim:
I am so sorry to hear this terrible news. I will always remember Brian very fondly as the voice of reason to Tim's and my crazy ideas when we were all growing up on 60th St. I'm really glad to see that Brian became such an inspiration to so many in his community. Mine and my family's thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To the family; may God bless you in this time of sorrow, may the out pouring of each condolence message lift you in knowing we remember too, with you. Blessings.
Michael

Salt Lake City is where we met. The Hegarty twins Mike and Paul. Then "MatMan", Brian, and Tim. Even though Brian is no longer with us he will always be part of the Hegarty boys we know and love. Paul, MaryAlice, words cannot describe our sorrow at your loss. We love you and pray for you and your family.

I just can't imagine your loss, and don't know how to even begin to write something that expresses my sorrow for you. He was remarkable--I can see by all that was written, and all that I remember about our childhood and hearing from a distance. May you somehow find some peace. Our prayers are with you all.

I went to St Thomas with Matt. I rode the school bus with all the Hegarty boys. I was shocked when I had heard he had passed away. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May he rest in peace.

Paul and family......There is a card I send to everyone that expresses my sentiments at times like this. It says, "There are no goodbyes in heaven." May your pain of separation ease.
