I am so deeply saddened about this. Brian was such a great guy. I had not seen him since I attended his wedding to Liz (and served as their photographer). But after I returned to California, he and I were in irregular contact. When he found out I was defending a particular type of case, he sent me a bunch of materials on defending that type of case. Brian will be sorely missed.

Brian was always a part of my fond memories from school. Whether it was marching band or the boys volleyball team, he and I were there cracking jokes and raising spirits. His was a bright spirit and he will be missed.
