Brian Halpenny Kantor

First of all, my condolences to all of Brian's friends and family. I just learned about his passing this week (August 2021). I remember vividly talking to him on the phone and via e-mail over 40 years ago. Brian was a huge help to me, and the company where I worked, during the early 1980's. The company I was with was setting up it's e-mail infrastructure and one of Brian's UCSD systems was our UUCP relay connection that we had a modem connection to. My deepest condolences to all who loved him. He made a good impression on me with my, although few, first-hand encounters with him. I could truly tell that Brian was a good man. He will be sorely missed by many.
