I worked with Keiffer at PHEA a number of years ago. The number of posts from former co-workers and the fact he was remembered by so many, so many years later, tells you all you need to know about the kind of person Brian was. My many condolences to his family and friends.

I remember growing up knowing Brian as my best friends brother...he was such a kind soul, and a nice person. I hope he finds peace in heaven, and he will be missed.
