Brian J. Klein

I unfortunately just found out about Brian. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with him for five years at the Four Seasons Philadelphia. I agree with Ligia- I feel as if I´ve lost family. Brian was warm, very funny, & knew how to be critical at work, but not crush your soul. He was a talented chef, good friend, & even better man. He will be missed, and will never be forgotten. May God rest his soul.

I worked with Brian at the Four Seasons Philadelphia many, many years ago. He was always smiling, always kind.

We worked during a time when some of the best chefs in this city were just getting started in their careers, or were on their way to stardom. We had a great group of chefs and chefs-in-training—We were like family. We feel as if we've lost one of our siblings.

It's hard to find the right words to say to you—the family—at a time of great grief, but maybe knowing that...

Sorry to hear of your loss. Act 24:15 gives a real hope of seeing those whom we love again.
