God bless my dearest neighbor Brian Lowe. He was the BEST! An inspiration for me in how he loved his wife Roxie...47 years of pure JOY! He entertained my 4 year grandson on every visit to my home. Bought him McDonald's "happy meal" with toy surprises. Brian & Roxie loved Brayden as if he was their own.
