Brian T. McDevitt, Sr.
Age 57, passed away suddenly on February 11, 2022.  Brian is survived by his soulmate, Helene Donnelly, and his four children, Brian Jr, Kevin, Shannon & Erin. Father in law to Leanne, Moria, Chris Peetros and Matt Cook and Pop Pop to seven amazing grandchildren.  Predeceased by his father, Thomas McDevitt, Brian is also survived by his mother, Anna, and his siblings, Tommy, Joey McAllister (Gesi) and Karen Loeb (Ed).  Larger than life, Brian loved summers in North Wildwood, Philly sports teams, the Fighting Irish, and over the top decorating at Halloween and Christmas.  His smile and presence filled an entire room.  The legacy of Brian T. McDevitt, Sr. will live on in the hearts and lives of all whom he touched.
 
Friends and Family are invited to gather Wednesday, February 16th from 2:00pm– 4:00pm at Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St., Phila., PA 19137.  The family asks that you wear your Irish Green. In lieu of flowers, your donations to The Friends of Father Judge High School, Inc. in memory of Brian T. McDevitt, Sr. Class of 1982.

It started with Fannie & Mac. Irish immigrants searching for the American dream. The McDevitt brothers were their reward Jimmy, Michael, Tommy, and Jack.
