Not sure what to say?

I cried when I learned about the accident today in Notre Dame Magazine. I haven't seen Brian since we graduated, but he was one of those amazing people who you never forget. He was brilliant, kindhearted, and fun loving. Please know that Brian and all his family are in my prayers.

Inger

We are so very sorry and would have come for the service if we had known the date. We loved Brian and pray for all the family. So many wonderful memories in Guilford and Twilight Park.

Deepest condolences on the loss of Brian. You are in my thoughts. Clare Padgett, ND 83.

I have a ton of memories of Brian -- "Coo", as he was called -- from ages 8-12, when he was my brother in-law, Gavin's, roommate at ND. Brian and Gavin were like gods to me growing up - and their repartee was worthy of a sitcom. Brian was so good to me -- so sweet, so funny, so nice to someone he didn't have any obligation to be nice to. Rest in Peace, Coo. Semper fi.

Brian was a great individual, he was a Chem E classmate at ND. Our condolences to the family.

Dear Inger, Johan, and Lukas,
Brian was an extraordinary man who I will miss seeing every week at the tennis club. He always got me thinking about things with his inquisitive mind. Please accept my sincere sympathy for your loss.

Brian was extremely enthusiastic and supportive in my R statistical computing course, and an alumnus of my college.
May your family recover swiftly.
With best wishes,

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
