Dear Joan,

We are with you and deeply saddened by the loss of Brian ; he was such a nice person. We enjoyed very much his company and conversing with him especially about China.

We remember very well the last Sisterbike tour from Riga to Tallin and regret that he is gone.

I had the privilege of working side by side with Brian for many years on the Habitat for Humanity Tucson build-site. We spent many of breaks chatting away about the many journeys he had been on. He had incredible wit and was always smiling as we worked away. He will be missed by the construction volunteers. I will think of him every-time I pas his name in the office where he is honored on the wall of Habitat volunteer rock-stars!

Brian was interesting, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Our love, sympathy and caring to Joan and family.
