I worked with Brian for a couple years great guy and a hell of a guitar player! I'm glad I had the chance meet and jam with him. One great memory I have of Brian is one I will not forget. I was eyeing this guitar that really wanted to shred on, I had told Brian I did not have enough to purchase it. My brother Brian offered me a loan to buy it so I took his offer. Thank you Brian for looking out for me as a fellow guitar player
RIP brother.

I was shocked to read of Brian's death. I didn't realize he had been sick.
I met Brian many years ago when I worked at P.L. Cahoots. I met him, as well as many other musicians, who became friends through the years, especially during my 20 years at Griff's Landing. I always worked where the bands played.
My sympathies go out to his family, his many friends and countless fans of music he played.

Brian was a great guy and extremely talented guitarist. I loved the post from the 'Jr. High sweetheart', how accurate:) For me as a musician though ... evertime I listen to 'My Old School' I will always think of Brian. My deepest sympathy to his family.

We were jr high sweethearts, 8-9th grade; you were at W.Frederick & I was at TJ. Monie Castle got us together at the People's Drug Store restaurant in the Fall of 8th grade. We had a lot of good times together going to the "Y" & TJ dances, movies and carnivals. A few times I was lucky enough to actually have you dance with me and not be playing in the band BUT I really enjoyed watching you play that guitar and sing (you & Brett together). After a year, we went our separate ways. It wasn't...

Brian was a great guy and excellent musician. He was an easy person to talk to and will be missed by many that were lucky enough to share this contact. May he rest in peace.
