Not sure what to say?

I was injured on a jobsite in clearwater and my knee was badly broken, it took 17 pins and a year of recovery before I would walk without a cane. It's been about 22 years since my injury and today I was thinking about my knee, I was thinking about how I was able to go through fire academy with that knee and how to this day I'm not in pain and I have no doubt that I owe all of that to Dr. Oliver. I thought that I should look him up and at least send him a letter, even though he might not...

I´m thinking of the memories of the many times I´ve visited your office. Halloween was always fun with you and your Gene Simmons costume. My son who is now 19 loved going with me to your office into this day. He still has an interest in bones in orthopedics. It´s because of you. You left us way too soon. My thoughts and heart are with your family.

I´m so sorry to hear this terrible news. Dr. Oliver was amazing. He made my life bearable for many years. You will never be forgotten. My son still remembers your big bones in your office.

I´m so sorry for his family. I think of him all the time. He was the best doctor. My he RIP I had a hard time doing this when he passed I was so devastated.

Many thanks to you, Dr, Oliver.
Will always remember you as a good, kind, knowledgeable physician, and a good friend. God bless your family, RIP

My deepest condolences to Dr. Oliver's Family. I recently just found out of his passing. He was the only surgeon who would see me for my knee and legs. I was born with a disability and when my family moved to Florida no orthopedic or Surgeon would see me because of prior issues. My family physician actually called his office and Dr. Oliver did not hesitate or give any rebuttal about seeing me. I was so happy to find a Doctor that actual cares for his patients regardless of past disabilities....

i went to my PCP today and we were discussing me getting an MRI to evaluate my left knee. He asked who my Orthopedic surgeon was. I told him Dr Oliver had performed surgery on my left knee in the early 2000's which allowed me to compete in numerous sprint triathlons and I was looking forward seeing him and maybe getting knee replacement. My heart sank when he told me that Dr. Oliver had passed away. He was a very caring person. He always looked for alternatives to surgery if possible. Very...

I just found out that Dr. Oliver had passed away. He performed 2 knee surgeries on me.. He did total knee reconstruction 25 years ago. I just started having knee problems a week ago. My knee held up for 25 years which is a miracle. I must have had hundreds of dislocations in the 25 years before the surgery. He solved my condition, which no other doctor could do! I will miss him dearly.

My condolences to Dr. Oliver's family and loved ones. Dr. Oliver did 4 surgeries for me. His surgery skills were excellent as was his personality and caring for his patients. I moved away but would have gladly flown back for him to do any orthopedic surgeries. He will be sorely missed.
