Not sure what to say?

We were close friends in grade school. He was a loyal and giving friend who I could lean on for solace and support. I have very fond memories of those years. I'm grateful to have known him.

My condolences. Brian and I were childhood classmates at Woodstock. We were on the soccer and basketball teams and were in the band. After that, I remember seeing him in the neighborhood selling ice cream and later working at US Bank. We lost touch, but I remember him fondly.

I knew Brian through Oregon State in the late 1990's through 2006 and always appreciated his graciousness and thoughtfulness. I thought him courageous and am sorry to learn of his passing.

I met Brian in the 90´s. I am a business lawyer, and we worked closely on a couple of business sale transactions. He was and is a kind, caring, man of integrity. He loved his family, and his God. I will miss him, but see him again in Heaven some day.

I worked with Brian at Aequitas. He was always very nice and good to me. We shared a love for charity and Oregon State. He will be missed. The Lord has a winner in Brian.

Brian was a great friend and an example for me. We served on the Grace Chapel Men's Leadership team together and Brian's wisdom, patience and genuine kindness were constantly on display. Brian's ability to deal with people, especially difficult people in a loving and supportive manner were an incredible example for me, and he always challenged me to be better in those areas. Brian was a real blessing.

We are very sorry to hear he is gone, Ernie & Joyce Laitinen

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Brian´s family.
