Not sure what to say?

Brian was a Great Friend, meaning he didn't want anything from me, other than friendship. We started the application process for the reserve program at the same time, and became friends the first day. We went through the BPD Police Reserve Academy, together, and were best buds the entire time. We did things outside of the Reserve program as well. Brian was always joking, and having fun. I saw him go through good times and hard times. A mans true colors come out in hard times, and Brian...

I am sorry to hear of Brian passing. I worked a two man patrol car with him when he was a reserve officer at BPD. He always had a smile and calm approach to me and the contacts he made. Even though our paths had not crossed in a couple of years I occasionally would think about you on Ferndale days or I would see one of your employers company trucks driving round. Rest In Peace and until we cross paths again.

I am so sorry to hear about Brian passing. Brian was a neighbor of ours and although we never had much of a chance to talk, he consistently seemed in good spirits and was always smiling at the neighborhood kids playing.

I have know Brian for almost 15 years and he was like a brother to me. But the one thing I remember the most is how proud he was of who Shannon is...and her choice of spouse with the special gift of a grandchild. His laugh of joy with her will always echo through my mind. Being Luella Jantz's daughter never left a time in talking with her that did not bring a thought of her friendship and care from Brian.

So sad to hear the news. Please know your family is in our thoughts & prayers. Love you all so much. Deut. 31:6.

To the Pankratz family....
I am so sorry hearing about the passing of Brian. I will always remember Brian as someone who accepted me wherever I was at the time. He always had a hug. Knowing he is with our Lord and Savior gives me some peace.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.

I will sorely miss Brian as we have been dear friends and Christian brother and sister for almost 15 years. He has also been a great friend to my son DuWane.

I spoke, at some length, with Brian late on Tuesday evening. He was in good spirits and excited about where things were going. I am stunned by the news of a dear friend taken home to be with the Lord
