What we remember most about Brian was how present he was in every moment, authentically engaged, and genuinely caring. You always felt "heard" by Brian. To us, Brian was, is, and will always be Chicken Salad -a.k.a. the pinacle of cool.

Susan and families, My condolences to all of you. Brian was a kind, thoughtful, and sometimes tough, mentor to me when I started practicing law in 1997. He was an excellent attorney who was eager to teach his craft, and he insisted I couldn't practice real estate law unless I learned to golf, I cherished his stories about his adventures - like canoeing down the Mississippi River - and loved his zest for life. What a great man!
