Read MoreAlthough I never met Brian, I was touched and deeply inspired to hear about his life and legacy when I visited Strong Hearts vegan restaurant in upstate New York. There is a dedication there on the wall, as you probably know with a wonderful drawing. I am so sorry for your loss - but I hope you know that he inspired me to be better, to try harder and be a 'Strong Heart', like him. God bless you and God bless his Soul.
