Brian Edward Rice, age 49, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023 in Frankfort.  Brian was born, January 23, 1974 in Franklin, Indiana to Mark & Debbie Rice of Lawrenceburg.


Brian served his country in the U.S. Marines, was a former truck driver for McLane Trucking,  and attended Hope Community Church.  His greatest joy was spending time with his son Wyman, they enjoyed camping, fishing and kayaking together.


Including his parents, Mark & Debbie, Brian is survived by his son Wyman Edward Rice of Frankfort;  his paternal grandfather, Joseph E. Rice (Virginia) of Lexington; and several cousins, aunts, uncles and friends, that loved him dearly. 


A Celebration of Life Gathering to honor Brian will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 4 - 7 P.M., at Sand Spring Baptist Church Reception Hall, 1616 Harrodsburg Road, Lawrenceburg, KY  40342.


In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK  73123.
