Me and My dad at the MAC Championship :)

Daddy~!

I miss you so much. There will not be a single day that I will not think of you. But I know you're in a better place now and I will see you one day again in heaven. Keep watching over us... we miss you down here :) I love you forever and always.

Love,
Your little girl

Dear Sue and family,
I was saddened to hear of Brian's passing. I know he had been in poor health for some time. I rejoice the Lord has taken Brian from this "veil of tears" to Himself. I look forward, as do you, to being reunited with Brian at the foot of the Savior.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Dear Sue and Family,
What a blessing it has been to have known Brian for 36 years. Deb and I have a flood of memories wash over us when we remember Brian: running around Saginaw in the Mustang, the MLS basketball team staying overnight at the Schmieges, Fuzzy's, Michigan Football, and his smile and infectious laugh. Lord, we thank you for giving Brian to us as a gift, and for the gift you have given to Brian in heaven. Sue, may the Lord keep you and your family safe in his loving arms and...

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

“For God has said, I will never leave you, I will never abandon you.” Hebrews 13:5 May you find comfort to ease your loss, in knowing that the one you love is at rest in God’s care. We pray for you and pray that God’s love and strength will help you during this time of sorrow and throughout your lifetime. With Warm Thoughts and Deepest Sympathy.

Susan, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this very difficult time. What a blessing to know that Brian's last breath on earth was followed by his first breath in heaven with his Savior. I picture Brian smiling and meeting everyone with that genuine warmth and humor that we will all miss. He was a very special Christian man. I look forward to the day when we will see him again at our eternal reunion with Christ our Savior in heaven.

Dear Susan, Matt, Sarah, and Glen:

My heart has been quite heavy since I heard the news of Brian's return to the Church Triumphant. I have many memories, for which I am so thankful, of the times we spent together when I lived in Saginaw; playing softball, hunting at the farm in Chesaning, and going to Saginaw Gears hockey games!

I also was so impressed by the courage, grace and faith he displayed in battling this illness for such a long time.

We will lift you up in prayer...

"Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord.. they rest from their labor". In this time of loss and sorrow, what a comfort to know that Brian now rests from his earthly labor of service to Christ and has taken his place at the eternal banquet where God has wiped away all his tears and taken away all his pain. The Lord's blessings and comfort to you in the days and weeks to come.
