Brian O. "Bubbles" Shannon

The last time Bill & I saw you & Brian was last February at Avondale when you so graciously gave your home for Sunday Mass. Little did we realize that "my kindred spirit" would not be there this year. We will always remember his "smiley face" & loving spirit.

Dear Sue, Kerry, Katie, Brian and Jim

We were all so sad to hear of your great loss. Please know you are in our thoughts at this difficult time. Brian will be sadly missed by anyone who encountered his great warmth and spirit. He did so much important good work on behalf of so many people.

I will always remember his love of "the home place" and it's songs and music. Some of my happiest memories of traditional music here are from nights he organised.

Bill and I are so sorry for your loss of Brian. He was the greatest and we shall always remember the terrific times we all had together. No one else could have accomplished as much as he did in his too brief time on this earth. What a fine time everyone in Heaven must be having with his entrance!
