Not sure what to say?

I remember Mr. Sherwin with great fondness and respect - he was a simply wonderful man and the best 6th Grade teacher I can imagine! I pestered my parents (endlessly but unsuccessfully) to get a Questar telescope, to be like him. What a full life he led! My love and belated condolences to his family... John Scheele

Chris, I am so sorry to hear of Brian's passing. I know I wasn't supposed to have favorites, but Brian held a special place in my heart. I will always have fond memories of our hikes around the property and discussions about TNC:

Chris, So sorry to hear that Brian passed. Always cherish the memories that you have. May God bless you at this time.
Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Holding you in my thoughts/prayers Christine ...sorry for your loss...

Christine, so sorry for your loss. Our hearts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Bonnie Rogoff (Shaker Class of 1968)

Dear Christine, Muffi, Pam and Tim,
It is with sincere sadness that we learn of Brian's passing. A true gentleman and sincere friend; he was dealt a tough hand but played it well.
Brian was an interesting and interested person. When he spoke, people would listen because we would usually learn something. Favorite topics included conservation, cars, fishing, cars, philanthropy, cars, education, cars, inventions, cars, current events, but most importantly, his family. Always very proud...

Dear Christine,

Dale and I were so sorry to hear that Brian suffered a long illness and died. May you treasure the lovely life and travels that you shared with him.

Christine, my deepest sympathy. Remembering our 'Jolly Boys South' gatherings at the Brittons' home in Ft. Lauderdale. Brian will be missed. From 'the wife' of Herbie

Christine, I love you and the chocolate chip cookies will be warm and fresh for you Tuesday.
