Not sure what to say?

Lyndsay, I was sorry to hear the news about your Dad. I know how much you loved and needed him. It is hard to lose someone who meant so much to you, just now, when you are about to graduate from high school. This is supposed to be a period of great joy. Your Dad must be very proud of his girl.
