Not sure what to say?

I just happen to check on Brian's Facebook not knowing he had passed away. I'm so sorry that we never got together for lunch after he had called awhile ago. I worked in the highway dept. In Saginaw & we had a mutual friend Mike Hollet who passed in 2012. We were all golfing buddies & enjoyed getting together. I am sorry I missed his funeral. I loved our friendship & will miss him.

Our Condolences

Den Fenis, Mary Jane and I had lunch with Brian on August 19th and he was his old quiet but humorous self. Brian and I worked together for several years as Right of Way Cost Estimators for the Michigan Dept. of Transportation He was an amazing friend and a joy to work and travel with as we estimated highway projects State wide , and yes, we managed to squeeze in a few rounds of golf also. After all , all work and no play ----------. You will be missed my friend --- God Speed.

Brian was an amazing friend when I began at MDOTS and remained so for the entire time we were there. Many fond memories of playing cards and good times with Brian..

I'm honored to have called Brian a friend. I feel lucky to have known him for many years now. We've told stories, drank beers, and golfed together. You were a great friend to my mom and me. You will be greatly missed. Say hello to my dad for us. Until we meet again my friend.

I was so sorry to hear of Brian's passing! He was a friend of mine from my MDOT days and beyond. I enjoyed talking with him and the occasional round of golf with him and sharing stories of Fraser's pub.

We all come to this world to be tourists, enjoy life, go sightseeing, do good deeds.
My Funcle ( because he always put the fun in uncle) Brian just so happen to be leaving earlier than others.
I will miss you dearly Uncle Brian, and so will many others.
You were a loyal, wonderful friend to many, a great role model, and you made a difference in this crazy world.
You were fun, generous, and kind and most of all, a wonderful uncle .
Oh!! And one hell of a ♀ golfer!...
