My dear Brian, I don't know how I would have gotten through high school without you! You treated me like one of your children, not just a student. You taught me so many things. Not just to cook, but skills that have lasted me a lifetime! You built confidence in me that I never knew existed by trusting me and taking me under your wing. I will never forget you! I was fortunate enough to have remained friends with you for over 40 years! I loved going into your class and smelling your...

Brain Weiss was such a wonderful teacher, mentor, and friend. I have such fond memories of working at the Beyer High School food service department with him back in the 1980's. He was so instrumental in shaping the lives of so many of his students. He will be greatly missed!

RIP Mr. Weiss. Terrific teacher with wit & humor who I still remember from culinary classes at TDHS.

So many precious memories of Brian, he was always there to do whatever he could for others. Thanks Brian for all of your many contributions to your students and staff....

I learned so much from you with Karen at your adult cooking classes in 1992-1993. You were a wonderful passionate teacher and then friend. I have many memories. Your kind heart will be long remembered. I enjoyed the one year I worked with you and got to know Connie and Jill. May you rest in peace and soar on angels wings!

Brian was a great teacher and a good friend. I have so many great memories and learned so much from him. Behind that stern face was a gentle man with compassion. RIP you will be missed
