Brain Weiss was such a wonderful teacher, mentor, and friend. I have such fond memories of working at the Beyer High School food service department with him back in the 1980's. He was so instrumental in shaping the lives of so many of his students. He will be greatly missed!

I learned so much from you with Karen at your adult cooking classes in 1992-1993. You were a wonderful passionate teacher and then friend. I have many memories.
