Read MoreSo sorry to hear of Dr. Whitaker's passing. He was a lovely man. I worked with him when he was Chair of Calderdale Family Health Services Authority. I was one of the secretaries and when I gave birth to my son in 1994 Dr. Whitaker announced it at the board meeting and it was minuted! He was such a gentleman. Sending love to his family.
