I worked with Brian from 1992 to 2014 at Butler County Juvenile Rehab which was 1st Community Corrections Facility in Ohio. Brian was a hard worker, committed to helping his students succeed in government and science. He was an avid OSU fan and in former OSU Band. He was very helpful to the other 8 CCFs built in Ohio post 1992 helping them setup education programs in their facilities. We had many interesting conversations about everything. He was too young! Our condolences to his family.
