Briana LAWSON Obituary
Briana "Breezy" Lee Lawson, 15, entered eternal life on February 5, 2014. Briana was born in Stuart, Florida on August 25, 1998. Her infectious smile will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. She loved her dog, Libby and being on the water with her family and friends. Briana was the beloved daughter of Dean and Lauren (nee DeRosa) Lawson; loving sister of Trevor and Marina; beautiful granddaughter of Evelyn DeRosa, Judy Steele and Richard Lawson; and dear niece of Auntie Lee (Leo) DeRosa, Lynn Gamage, Kim and Francine Bacchiocchi; Rich Lawson and Christine Lawson-Little, Great Aunt Ida and all the close family and dear friends in Connecticut and Florida. Memories made with the families of the Tysons, Scollards, Colletti's, Ammons/Velligans, Tommeraas, Pignato's, Kugaraj's and Feiertag's will endure forever. Briana was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jim Steele, maternal grandfather Marino Edward DeRosa and godmother, Jade Tommeraas. Briana attended South Fork High School in Stuart and St. Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound. The family will receive friends 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Forest Hills Young and Prill Chapel , 6801 SE Federal Hwy., Stuart. Mass will be 10:30 AM, Monday, February 10, 2014 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 12001 SE Federal Hwy., Hobe Sound, FL. A reception will be held at 12:00 Noon Monday at the Stuart Yacht & Country Club 3883 SE Fairway E, Stuart, FL 34997.
