Dear Jan and family. It is difficult to find words that will bring comfort to you and your famiy, but hopefully, with time, wonderful memories, love from those that love you and faith in God may you find peace.

To the Westhoven Family:

I pray that he rests in peace.

I have known Brice since the 70's. I remember him fondly as a friend as well as working for him for many years at the Cleveland Office. My very best to you all.

I knew Bryce when he worked for the FBI. He was always professional, helpful and a delight to be around. He was easy to talk to and knew his sports. As a new agent in Cleveland he was always willing to assist me. He, and his family are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless and keep him.
Mike Bartley, ret. SA CV 70-96.
