I was a neighbor of Bridie´s when I lived in Springfield. I so enjoyed chatting with her as she walked around the block, always dressed to perfection! Bridie was so compassionate and caring when I lost my husband. She truly was a beautiful woman, inside and out. I know she will be missed by many. To Bridget´s loving family... My husband and I live one street away, on the corner of Derryfield Ave and Cambria Street. Bridget used to walk by our house, and stop at our backyard fence to pray at our Blessed Mothers statue. She was a dear lady, and we enjoyed talking with her when we met. Our sincere sympathies...May she rest in peace
