Today is the one year anniversary of Britney's passing. It has been the most challenging year of my life. I miss her sooo much! I wish I could talk to her, I need to know if she is alright. I need to know that she is safe. I want to give her a big hug and tell her how much I love her and miss her. Life is so unfair!!

I sit here when I can't sleep and think about when I was younger.. Hanging with all the neighbor kids.. Britney was oldest of us.. But was also the funniest. She always knew how to make every one laugh. Just knowing she's not here makes me feel kinda empty when I think about it. I can only wonder what it's like for her family.. If she only knew how many people truley loved her. Britney, you were a beautiful girl, and you are very missed.. Love you girl.

Britney was a ray of sunshine. She could make you smile even on those days you didn't feel like smiling one bit. She holds a special place in our hearts. My son Chance and I will always remember the great times we've shared with Brit and her family at Ackerson Lake. The girl had spunk!

I truly am thankful to of had the opportunity to get to know such a wonderful and kind person. I can not begin to explain how much you have taught me about life. You taught me to cherish every waking moment and enjoy the precious time we have. For that, I will always keep you in my heart.

I love you sis! I think about you each and every day, its hard to walk down the hall and into my room and see your room sit empty. There are soo many things I wish i could have told you, you were always the best to go tubing with, to play spoons with, swim with, and catch frogs and turtles with. Its hard to sit at home now and not hear NCIS, CSI, Crmimal Minds, etc... coming from your room, and the smell of potatoes, wether it be french fries, chips, mashed or smashed potatoes, tater tots,...
