I knew Brittany through her work. Two years ago Brittany had sold my labwratory a Terumo Quantum. She was a critical part of our Terumo team. She accompanied her colleagues to my lab several times to patiently train and retrain my personnel, including the week before her shocking death. She was the consummate professional.....smart, efficient and incredibly patient. But beyond that, she was a delightful, kind, can-do person. It seems impossible that she could have been standing in my office...
