Brittany Lynn Probst

Miss Brittany Lynn Probst, age 22, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on February 16, 1987, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Chris Probst & Sherry (Birkle) Scudder. She was raised in Switzerland County, Indiana, & attended Switzerland County High School, where she was active in cheerleading, pep club & the prayer club. She was a former hostess at the Jeff Ruby's Restaurant at the Belterra Casino & Resort. She attended the Vevay Assembly Church in Vevay, Indiana. Brittany will be remembered for her love of music & dance. Brittany was found dead Sunday, May 10, 2009 at 5:05 pm in Florence Indiana.

Brittany will be lovingly remembered by her parents: Terry Lee & Sherry Scudder of Vevay, Indiana & Chris Probst & his friend: Kim Martin of Aurora, Indiana; her daughter: Malayla Leigh Harder of Lawrenceburg, Indiana; her grandparents: Allen & Priscilla Probst of Aurora, Indiana & Diana Thompson of Aurora, Indiana; her sister: Lindsay Probst & her companion: Kyle Otter of Vevay, Indiana; her step-brother: Gary Dean Scudder of Rising Sun, Indiana; her niece: Kiera Otter of Vevay, Indiana; several uncles, aunts & cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother: Dalton Lee Scudder died: July 8, 2003; her grandfather: Lynn K. Birkle.

FUNERAL CEREMONY

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 15, 2009 at 11:00 am, by Bro. Kenny & Carolyn Miller at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.

VISITATION

Friends may call 5:00-8:00 pm, Thursday, May 14, 2009, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana.

MEMORIAL EXPRESSIONS

Memorial contributions may be made to Dalton Lee Scudder Memorial Fund % Community Foundation of Switzerland County. Cards are available at the funeral home.

Terry, Sherry, & Lindsay, We are so sorry that you had to lose another beautiful child in just a tragic way. We could not imagine the lost your family has went through. Brittany was a beautiful girl and even though it is hard your son will welcome this lovely angel in his arms. Terry and Sherry please stay strong for Lindsay and that beautiful little girl.
