Not sure what to say?

First met Brittney when she joined the fire department. She happened to be based at the same station I was.
At first, we just talked and got to know one another. But our friendship grew to the point we texted each other, sometimes for 2-3 hours on end.
Brittney left the department before I did, so I lost touch with her.

Brittney and Tim Westmoreland

Brittney was one of a kind. She always was there when you needed her most. She was thoughtful, funny, caring and empathetic. Her love was truely unconditional. Even when people did not deserve her kindness, she was always there to help in anyway she could. Britney did not have the easiest life in her final years, but she always persevered and kept a positive attitude. I always admired her optimism and genuine character. I pray that Britney finally has peace in Heaven and can rest easy.

When I first meet you I knew we would be friends. You had a grace and a fighting attitude. You loved hard and never backed down from anything. Fly high friend .

My little sister Brittney Amber Lauren passed away on Sunday, September 5th. It still seems surreal and I keep wanting to wake up from this nightmare. I have not been ready to acknowledge her passing and I’m still not ready, but she deserves to be honored and remembered.

Her husband and all of our family are incredibly heartbroken. She was an amazing person with a big heart. Our family has always been incredibly close, celebrating everything possible together and now she will...

Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss.

Brittney was a beautiful person inside and out. She was genuine, selfless, kind, funny, smart, and thoughtful. Her soul was truly one of a kind, and she will be greatly missed. Meeting someone like Brittney is rare and I will cherish our friendship, laughs, jokes, adventures, and deep conversations forever. No matter what hardships she was facing in her life she always made it a point to check on everyone else. She was always there when you needed her, and I will always feel like apart of me...
